Near major mountain attractions: South to Linville Falls area, (2 miles) and Linville Caverns (8 miles on Hwy. 221), North to Linville area (7 Miles) on 221 + 2 more miles to Grandfather Mountain; Newland (Avery County Seat) 10 miles on 181, Banner Elk area of shopping/dining/skiing only 10-15 miles on 221 to 105 and 184 or to Sugar Mountain or Beech Mountain.

Regular rate weekends $125.00/night Friday - Sunday

Weekday rates: $125.00/night or $100.00 minimum

Weekly rate: $750 (highest) to $650 (lowest).

2 night minimum reservation; Security deposit $125.00
